# Productos Fiscales – Pregunta frecuente – ¿Cuánto tiempo debo guardar mis facturas electrónicas?
- **Norma tributaria:** mínimo **5 años**, contados desde el 1 de enero del año siguiente al de su expedición o recibo (o el tiempo de firmeza de la declaración que soportan).
- **Norma comercial:** los comerciantes deben conservar sus libros y soportes **10 años**.
Por eso te recomendamos guardar el **XML y la constancia de validación** de tus facturas al menos 10 años. El PDF solo no es suficiente: la factura de verdad es el XML.
