# Productos Fiscales – Pregunta frecuente – ¿Le puedo pedir el RUT a mi cliente para facturarle?
**No.** Si tu cliente quiere la factura a su nombre, solo le puedes pedir: **nombre o razón social, tipo y número de identificación y correo electrónico**. No le puedes exigir el RUT, el teléfono ni la dirección.
Si no quiere darte el correo, entrégale la factura impresa. Si no la pide a su nombre, se expide a consumidor final.
